Naturopathic Services

Ketamine Services

  2-hour 50-min in-office appointment - $655
  We may determine that a prescription is warranted and then a provider will call the medication into Peninsula Compounding Pharmacy for the oral ketamine medication.
  4-6 session’s worth of medication is usually between $50-$70 total
  If a patient runs out of oral medication for their session or forgets to bring it, we have some on hand. We charge a $35 flat fee for however much oral ketamine is needed for the session.

  If you are a new Áureo patient, a 50-minute new patient intake appointment is required before booking this appointment.

• At-Home Ketamine Services
  Depending on the needs of the patient Áureo can provide at-home ketamine services for some patients. To be approved to use oral ketamine at home we require:
  1. A 50-minute medical intake
  2. An in-office 3-hour oral ketamine session
  Intended to help the patient understand the experience of ketamine use and to discuss dosing/safety at home.
  3. A 25-minute virtual or in-office follow-up appointment before each refill.
  4-6 weeks of oral ketamine will be prescribed for at-home journeys, which typically last approximately 1-2x per week.
  4. At least once per year, an in-office follow-up is required to check vital and provide an in-person physical assessment.

• Group Ketamine Sessions - $400
  Refer to the Group Ketamine FAQ for participation requirements, medication fees, cancellation fees, and more.
  Group sessions require a minimum of 3-4 participants.
  If less than 4 participants sign up for the group, the session will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded in full.

Medication and Fees

• Oral Ketamine medication and fee:
  We typically use Peninsula Compounding Pharmacy for the oral ketamine medication. 
  The cost for 4-6 sessions worth of medication usually costs approximately $50-$70. 
  This is separate from the cost of the appointment.
  Note: If a patient runs out of oral medication for their session or forgets to bring it, we have some on hand, and we charge a $35 flat fee regardless of the amount of oral ketamine needed for the session.

• IM and IV Ketamine medication and fee:
  IM and IV ketamine are provided in the office only and will be supplied by the doctor.
  No additional fees or prescriptions are required.

• Medication Refill Evaluation Appointment - $135
  25-minute (in-person) follow-up appointment for current Naturopathic or ketamine-assisted therapy

  patients. Ideal for existing patient prescription refill requests and/or brief questions.

  • For new medical concerns or complex questions, please book a 50-minute follow-up appointment.

  • New patients must book a "new patient's medical intake" appointment.

  This is an in-person appointment. Depending on the medication, your provider must take your vitals during

  the appointment. If your circumstances require a virtual appointment, please get in touch with your doctor via ChARM for approval.
  

Medical Aesthetics

Microneedling Treatments *additional 3% fee if paying with CC

Please ensure you are well-hydrated before any PRP microneedling session to make the blood draw portion easy/comfortable.

• Microneedling with PRP (face only) - $399 ($411 if paying with CC)
  80-minute in-office treatment - Face Only
  The hyaluronic acid serum and the numbing cream are included in the cost of the treatment.
  

• Microneedling with PRP (face, neck, decollete) - $499 ($515 if paying with CC)
  80-minute in-office treatment - Face, neck, decollete.
  Please ensure you are well-hydrated before any PRP microneedling session so that the blood draw portion is easy/comfortable.

• Microneedling with pure hyaluronic acid (face only) - $329 ($340 if paying with CC)
  50-minute in-office treatment - Face Only
  The hyaluronic acid serum and the numbing cream are included in the cost of the treatment. 

• Microneedling with pure hyaluronic acid (face, neck, decollete) - $429 ($442 if paying with CC)
  50-minute in-office treatment - Face, neck, decollete
  The hyaluronic acid serum and the numbing cream are included in the cost of the treatment.

Neurotoxin Injections *additional 3% fee if paying with CC

We don’t do any lower-face treatments with neuro-toxin injectables or treatments for migraines at this time. Upper face treatment can include crow’s feet, forehead, and frown lines “elevens.”

• Jeuveau Neurotoxin Injectable - $14 per unit ($361 - $577 if paying with CC)

IV and Nutrient Therapy *additional 3% fee if paying with CC

• Myers IV Drip (500mL) - $335

  80-minute in-office treatment

• IV Hydration (500mL normal saline or lactated ringers) - $250 In-Office, $350 Home Visit

  50-minute in-office treatment

Cancelation Policy and Fee

• The Áureo clinic has a 48-hour minimum cancelation policy.

• Cancelations inside 48 business hours and no-shows will incur a late cancelation fee:
  - The late cancellation fee for any non-ketamine 10-80 minute appointment is $65. 
  - The late cancellation fee for a ketamine session (Oral, IM or IV) is $175.
  

Payment and Insurance

• Treatments provided through the Áureo clinic are not covered by insurance. However:

  1. We are happy to provide a superbill for the medical intake appointment and post-treatment follow-up sessions that may provide full or partial reimbursement of expenses depending on your insurance plan.

  2. We take cash, Venmo, or credit card* at the time of service.*Square charges a 3% service fee on credit card payments.

  3. We can accept HSA and FSA funds.
