Direct Patient Care | Women’s Health | Botanical Medicine
My journey with botanical medicine began in 2009, and it continues to shape my life’s work and healing philosophy. The wisdom of plants has guided me toward a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all life, and I bring this perspective into my work as a naturopathic doctor.
I became a doctor out of an insatiable curiosity for the human condition and a deep desire to be a steward of healing. My goal is to offer a body-positive, inclusive, and empowering space where individuals can reclaim their health through sovereignty and informed choice. Together, we will co-create sustainable, realistic treatment plans that support every aspect of your evolutionary journey.
My Approach & Specialties
As a naturopathic physician, I integrate a wide range of therapies, from IV therapy and pharmaceuticals to nutrition and movement-based healing. My particular passions include:
Botanical medicine & plant-based healing
Psychedelic-assisted therapy
Therapeutic touch & bodywork – including abdominal massage, pelvic floor therapy, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release
I offer deep gratitude to my mentors Kathryn Kloos, ND, and Michael McMahon, LAc, LMT, for their guidance in embodiment and bodywork practices. My approach is rooted in radical self-acceptance, empowerment, and whole-person healing, welcoming individuals of all identities and expressions into a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have a special interest in reproductive health, human transformation, and somatic healing—because it can always get better. Your healing is our collective healing, and it is my privilege to walk this path with you.
